PAYMENT

We accept most major forms of digital payment, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Payments.

Promotional discounts are not stackable - you may only use one promo code per order. 

DELIVERY

We currently ship to over 40 countries and territories, with EMS shipping available at most locations. If you do not see your country listed then we currently do not support your shipping destination at this time. Please check back with us in the future as we are constantly expanding our shipping network to reach new fans.

Tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order (usually within 72 hours). If you do not receive tracking information, please reach out to shop@teamsecret.gg and we will be more than happy to update you with that information as it becomes available. 

Customs and import duties will vary from country to country. Please get with the relevant customs authorities in your country to determine if you may be affected. Customers are responsible for their own customs and import duties when placing orders through our store.

ORDERS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing us at shop@teamsecret.gg. If you need to change an order, our customer service professionals will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please note that due to the limited production nature of our merchandise, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. 

Once you have successfully placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation at the address provided during the checkout process. For the majority of orders, you will also receive tracking information via email within 72 hours of order placement. If you have not received order confirmation, please reach out to us at shop@teamsecret.gg
